BPAC Clinical Solutions – Dunedin, South Island We are looking for a Programme Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of our programme of work across digital health development and maintenance activities. Based in Dunedin, this is more than a management role - it is an opportunity to lead a dedicated project management team, ensuring projects are well scoped, planned, resourced and delivered in line with agreed roadmaps, deadlines and business priorities. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain programme management plans across BPAC Clinical Solutions’ development and maintenance activities. Lead and support the project management team, setting priorities, allocating work and improving systems and processes. Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring projects are planned, delivered and maintained effectively. Work with senior leaders to allocate resources and support delivery outcomes. Collaborate across product, project, development and design teams to ensure cohesive delivery. Track progress against roadmaps, milestones, KPIs and business objectives, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement. Maintain risk management processes and ensure mitigation plans are followed through. Provide clear, timely communication between senior leaders, project teams and stakeholders on programme status, risks and priorities. Support effective use of Agile, Scrum and other project management approaches. What You’ll Bring Strong programme or project management experience, ideally in software, digital health, health informatics or technology. Experience leading teams, setting clear priorities and supporting high-quality delivery and continuous improvement. Understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile/Scrum and self-managing teams. Ability to manage multiple related projects, including priorities, risks, change, dependencies and competing demands. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to convey essential information clearly and build effective working relationships. A practical, solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to identify issues early and elevate appropriately. A relevant degree in Information Systems, Project Management or a related field would be an advantage. A positive, adaptable and collaborative style, with initiative, integrity and maturity. About Us BPAC Clinical Solutions is a clinically led health informatics organisation. We provide electronic decision support, secure medical data transmission and integrated clinical tools that support the primary health sector across New Zealand, Australia and the UK. What Success Looks Like A clear, well-maintained programme of work is in place, with agreed priorities, milestones, success measures and delivery roadmaps. Projects are effectively scoped, planned, resourced and delivered on time, within scope and to agreed quality standards. Senior leaders and teams have transparent, timely and accurate reporting on progress, risks, dependencies and performance. The project management team is well supported, clear on priorities and continuously improving its systems, practices and delivery approach. Risks and changes are identified early, mitigation plans are in place, and teams remain agile and focused on delivery. Strong relationships are maintained across internal teams, external vendors and stakeholders. We are committed to an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive. We celebrate diversity as a strength and warmly welcome applications from Māori, Pacific, Disability, and Rainbow communities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
