We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our dynamic team! About the Role: As our Recruitment Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential new team members. You’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process and provide essential administrative support to our HR and management teams. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage recruitment activities from job posting to onboarding Support general office administration of People, Culture and development Manager. Provide relief and annual leave cover for front office and handle general office duties, that also include Weekly financial reconciliation. Knowledge of using Xero and Smartly payroll would be an advantage Take meeting minutes and distribute documentation (If required) Maintain accurate HR records Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally What You’ll Bring: Experience in Recruitment and administration Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability Accounts payable A clean, current driver’s license Empathetic and Approachable: Able to build trust and rapport with staff at all levels.
