We're looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our filling, packing and line setting operations at our manufacturing site in Auckland. This is an opportunity to join a growing business where you'll play a key role in driving production performance, developing your team and delivering operational excellence every day. This is a full-time, permanent position reporting to the GM Operations. As our Production Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the day-to-day production operation, ensuring our production lines run safely, efficiently and to schedule. You'll play a pivotal role in driving team performance, maximising output, minimising downtime and delivering quality products in the most cost-effective way. What your day-to-day will look like: Lead and develop the Production team to deliver safe, efficient and high-quality operations. Drive production performance to achieve output, quality, cost and delivery targets. Coordinate production schedules and optimise people, equipment and resources to maximise capacity. Champion Health & Safety, GMP and quality standards across all production activities. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste and enhance performance. Partner with Planning, Engineering and Quality to resolve production issues and support new product introductions. About You You’ll be an experienced production leader who enjoys building capable teams and continuously improving operations. Proven Production Management experience within an FMCG, food, cosmetics or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop and motivate high-performing teams. Experience working within GMP or other quality-regulated manufacturing environments. Sound knowledge of production machinery, equipment and manufacturing processes. A continuous improvement mindset, with experience using KPIs to drive operational performance. A hands‑on, solutions‑focused approach with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Why Join Us?
