Design Consultant

Are you a motivated and results-driven individual with a knack for building strong customer relationships?We are currently looking for a Sales & Design Consultant to join our awesome Ellerslie branch! You will be dealing with everyone from home renovators to interior designers, so your adaptable personality and outstanding customer service will see you succeed. This is a full-time permanent role rostered Monday to Sunday. We are proudly New Zealand-owned and operated for over 30 years. We have developed a strong name within the industry as a leader in quality designer interior products from all over the world. Along with our passion for safety and wellbeing, an accountability for results, and great pride in our brand, we ensure that our customers and staff are well looked after. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing the best design solutions. Stay updated with product knowledge to effectively communicate value with clients. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Be able to make cold calls and present products on site when needed. Work alongside the Branch Manager to develop new businesses. We are looking for someone who: Has experience in Customer Service. Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Has a passion or interest in interior design. Is self-motivated with a passion for exceeding targets.
