Retail Sales Assistant

Tienda Pachamama is looking for a sales assistant to work on Saturdays and Sundays (from 10:30- 4:30) at our shop located in 179A Archers Rd, Northshore. Assistance maybe required for night events. You must: Live in Auckland and have a valid work visa ( WE DONT SPONSOR) Have proven work experience in sales, customer representative or similar role. Speak excellent English and fluent Spanish Have a valid visa DONT APPLY IF YOU DONT FILL THESE REQUIREMENTS PLEASE Responsibilities Manage the shop: attend, open and close the store at designated times Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards Provide clients with accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing) Ensure racks are fully stocked and manage returns of merchandise Comply with our work safety and food guidelines Inform customers about discounts and special offers Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager Serve coffee and food to customers Requirements (necessary) Have proven work experience in sales. Excellent English and communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships with clients. Fluent Spanish Basic math skills, word and excel High school degree Suitable work visa Clean criminal/police record Excellent personal presentation Disclosure any potential conflict of interest Be reliable and arrive on time, comply with work hours as requested Live in Auckland Requirements (bonus) Understanding of yerba mate tea Knowledge of Spanish and Latin culture Working hours Saturdays 10:30-4:30pm and Sundays 10:30 – 4:30pm #J-18808-Ljbffr
