Free on-site carparking Mō tēnei mahi | About this job RoleType : Permanent full time Location : Waitakere or Māngere Hours : 37.5 per week Days : Monday - Friday Salary :$63,395 - $79,245 Support the delivery of youth vocational pathways throughSecondary Tertiary Programmes, STAR courses, Alternative Education, and otherengagement initiatives across the Takiwā. As an Advisor - School ServicesTransitions, you will: Support the onboarding of tauira as required Regularly visiting classes to buildrelationships with tauira and Kaiako Lead the operational needs of programmes andprovide quality operational support for wider Youth Engagement Servicesactivities Manage the tauira enrolment, re-enrolment andtransition to further study post-secondary school. Encourage and foster a productive environmentthat benefit all kaimahi. We are looking for someone who has the following: Bachelor of Education, Bachelor of Youth Work,Bachelor of Youth Development or equivalent 5+ years proven experience in office management/ administration and customer service experience Experience working with Māori or Pasifika andpeople from diverse backgrounds Experience using CRM / Student InformationSystems Full NZ Drivers Licence (Class 1) As a kaupapa Māori organisation, your willingness toparticipate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of ĀhuatangaMāori (values, culture and tikanga) is desirable.
