Certified Drainlayer/Foreman

We're growing and we're looking for the right Drainage Foreman to grow with us. About the role You'll be responsible for leading drainage crews across a variety of civil construction and infrastructure projects, including subdivisions, water reticulation, wastewater, stormwater and land development works. Working alongside experienced Project Managers and Site Supervisors, you'll take ownership of day-to-day site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Key responsibilities Lead drainage crews on civil construction and infrastructure projects Install drinking water, wastewater and stormwater infrastructure Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Coordinate labour, plant, materials, subcontractors and suppliers Plan daily activities and allocate resources effectively Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to specification Maintain high standards of quality, environmental compliance and health & safety Complete site documentation and project reporting Mentor apprentices and support the development of crew members About you Proven experience as a Drainlayer Foreman running a crew Certified Drainlayer registration Strong knowledge of New Zealand drainage, water reticulation and civil construction standards Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills Ability to read plans and effectively manage site resources Current full New Zealand driver's licence NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa required Competitive remuneration package based on your experience Full-time, permanent position with consistent, reliable hours Modern, well-maintained vehicles, plant, and equipment Great team culture - a good bunch of people who are passionate about what they do Ongoing training and opportunities for growth within a quality-focused business If you're an experienced Drainlayer Foreman looking for your next challenge with a growing civil company that values its people and delivers quality projects, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
