Lending Officer

We are conveniently located in Auckland City CBD and close to public transport and easy access to the motorways. The Role We are looking for a lending consultant for an immediate start in our expanding company. If you are looking for a change and want a new and exciting role then look no further. You will be working in a small team with both lenders/assessors and other customer service members. In your role, you will answer incoming calls and emails from customers inquiring about the status of the loans or applications with our company. You will also be reviewing financial information, such as bank statements, creating budgets, and performing checks to determine a client's eligibility for finance. Previous finance industry experience necessary Have an excellent grasp of the English language both written and verbally Excellent phone manner Punctual, professional and reliable Strong attention to detail Tech Savvy and solution oriented Ability to work well within a team and independently Good grasp of Microsoft office programs Experience with Salesforce would be an advantage but not necessary as training will be provided. You must be legally eligible for full time employment in New Zealand to be considered for this role and have a clean criminal history as a police check will be completed as part of our standard recruitment process. #J-18808-Ljbffr
