The Role We’relooking for two Casual Sales Assistants to join our Westcity team. In thisrole, you’ll: Helpcustomers find the right products and sizes, providing a friendly, welcomingexperience every day. Maintainstore standards, keeping displays tidy, well-stocked, and visually appealing. Supportoperational tasks including point-of-sale transactions, stock replenishment,and daily store duties. Contributeto team goals, helping the store succeed and supporting your colleagues. WhatWe’re Looking For Apositive attitude, energy, and a love for helping people. WhatYou’ll Deliver in This Role Customer Experience & Sales: Deliver our “Every Day Great Experience” (EDGE) by engagingcustomers, identifying needs, and providing tailored advice. Achieve personaland team sales targets while upselling and maximising the customer experience. Store Presentation & Standards: Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-presented store.Ensure merchandise is stocked, displays are attractive, and promotions areexecuted accurately. Operational Support: Assist with stock, deliveries, and transfers. Follow cash-handlingprocedures and store security practices. Support opening and closing duties asrequired. Teamwork & Collaboration: Work closely with your Store Manager, Assistant Manager, andteam members. Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and accountable teamculture. #J-18808-Ljbffr
