Electrician, EST or Service technician

Our client are a NZ family based company. Market leaders in commercial maintenance, Servicing New Zealand’s largest commercial portfolios. Door entrances, access controls and asset management. Due to increased growth we are looking for an Electrician, EST, Service technician to join our team. Role Service Technician Experience Electrician, EST, Service technician. Hours Monday- Friday - Min of 40 hours. Salary EST, Service technicians $30 - $40 hour, Depending on Experience. Electricians $35-$45 Depending on Experience. 1.5x over time/call out rate On call rate $200 Tool allowance Health Insurance ( after 3 months ) Responsibilities Repair and diagnose faults in all types of entrance systems. Service, maintenance and installation of auto doors, roller doors. manual doors, high speed doors and gates. Full training and up-skilling program. Good communication and customer service. Site to site repairs for breakdowns or planned maintenance. Skills and experience Experience with electrical, mechanical engineering Full driver’s license essential. Good Communication and customer service. This role will work out of the Penrose branch, Servicing the Auckland region, some travel required. Average hours are 8am - 4.30pm On-call Phone once a week every 6-7 weeks Will be required to pass vetting for the Department of Corrections, NZ police and Avsec. Benefits Health insurance scheme.
