HVAC and Refrigeration Technician

We are seeking a skilled HVAC and Refrigeration Technician to join our team at Ozone Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Limited in the heart of Auckland CBD. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of commercial and industrial heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems. You will play a vital part in ensuring our clients' critical equipment operates efficiently and reliably. What you'll be doing Perform planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems Diagnose and repair faults in a wide range of HVAC and refrigeration equipment Install new HVAC and refrigeration systems according to design specifications Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service Maintain detailed records of all work carried out Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards What we're looking for Formal qualifications in HVAC and Refrigeration, such as an NZ Certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Minimum 4 years' hands‑on experience as an HVAC and Refrigeration Technician Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills to identify and resolve equipment issues Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and work effectively as part of a team A keen eye for detail and commitment to providing high-quality work A clean, full driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle What we offer At Ozone Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Limited, we are committed to the growth and development of our team.
