About Opportunity As Design Manager, you will oversee the development and delivery of concept designs, keeping them aligned with project and tender goals for time, cost, safety, constructability and quality. Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, you will control the design scope and budget, support value engineering and risk management, and act as the key point of contact between ACCIONA personnel and design consultants. You will manage the commercial and technical interface with consultants and help secure design approvals from clients and authorities.
