Role Description The Community Associate role at Regus in Dunedin is a part-time, on-site position focused on delivering an excellent customer experience in the workspace. The Community Associate greets and supports clients and visitors, manages front-of-house operations, and responds to day-to-day inquiries and service requests. This role co-ordinates meeting room bookings, assists with office setup and basic administrative tasks, and ensures that common areas are welcoming, clean, and well-maintained. The Community Associate helps build a sense of community by facilitating connections between members, promoting Regus services, and supporting events or activities that enhance client engagement and satisfaction. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and colleagues. Experience in Community Support and Community Health or similar roles focused on enhancing client well-being and engagement. Knowledge of Case Management or customer service processes to handle client requests and follow up on issues efficiently. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to solve problems quickly and maintain a professional, welcoming environment. Ability to work on-site in Dunedin, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a dynamic workspace setting. Basic proficiency with office software and scheduling tools; prior experience in hospitality, coworking, or office administration is an advantage.
