This is a unique leadership opportunity for a compliance professional who enjoys working across a diverse regulatory portfolio including Environmental Health, Resource Management Act (RMA) Compliance, and Building Compliance. You’ll be part of the Regulatory Leadership Team and oversee a dedicated team, manage key regulatory contracts, support enforcement and monitoring functions, and help ensure our communities remain safe, healthy, and compliant. Key responsibilities will include: Lead, mentor and support compliance staff to achieve team objectives Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture Assist with compliance schedule management, provide advice and undertaking enforcement activities Maintain accurate records and an active compliance monitoring schedule Who Are You? | Ko wai koe?We are looking for someone with: Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, standards and compliance processes Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational and time management capabilities Ability to influence outcomes while maintaining positive relationships Experience working within a local government compliance environment Experience interpreting legislation and applying regulatory requirements If you're ready to make a significant impact and work in a supportive, forward-thinking environment, we’d love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
