THINK Hauora is seeking a proactive Programme Co-ordinator to support the Te Ara Rau Access & Choice Programme within the Mental Health and Wellbeing team. The role focuses on coordinating referrals, reporting and programme administration to deliver equitable, high-quality care across our communities.
