Junior Data Scientist

Understand business requirements and apply statistical modeling, data mining, and machine learning methods to solve real-world problems. Analyze retail industry data, including transaction data, CRM, store, and product data, and derive actionable insights. Develop algorithms for retail, restaurant, e-commerce, and related industries, such as recommendation systems, dynamic pricing, ad targeting, and sales forecasting. Manage the full lifecycle of model development, including evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and optimization. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative fields. Solid theoretical foundation in statistics, data mining, and machine learning, including but not limited to SVD, PCA, LDA, XGBoost, LightGBM, RNN, and LSTM, with a deep understanding of the mathematical principles behind these models. Hands-on experience in data mining, machine learning, and deep learning projects. Highly proficient in Python for data processing, feature engineering, and model development. Skilled in using Git, with strong code and documentation standards to support collaborative development. Self-driven with a strong curiosity and learning ability for new technologies. Familiarity with big data technologies such as Spark, Hive, Clickhouse, or Flink is a plus. Must be able to communicate fluently in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English – written and verbal communication in both languages is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
