Minitech is seeking a Junior Solutions Engineer in Wellington to join a supportive team. You will resolve Level 1 and Level 2 tickets, providing remote and on-site support as you learn processes with a senior engineer during your first three months. You’ll engage with clients to understand their needs, identify tech solutions, and look for opportunities to upskill customers through one-on-one training while contributing to app improvements and new solutions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
