Job Description Strategic Finance Business Partner supporting international dairy markets and export growth Lead commercial performance, commodity & FX risk management and business planning Hybrid working, global exposure, career growth and iconic FMCG brands The Opportunity We're seeking an experienced Commercial Finance Business Manager to join our high-performing Dairy Exports Finance team in Auckland. This is a unique opportunity to partner with senior leaders across Exports, Treasury, Sales, Marketing and Operations, providing commercial leadership that drives the long-term profitability of our Dairy Export business. You'll play a critical role in shaping export strategy, optimising product portfolio returns, managing commodity and foreign exchange (FX) risk, and supporting key commercial decisions across international markets. What you will do Partner with Export Leadership, Treasury and Wilmar teams to drive commercial performance Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Provide commercial insights to optimise export profitability and portfolio performance Manage commodity and FX risk reporting, analysis and hedging support Develop financial models, business cases, tender pricing and investment analysis Deliver executive-level reporting and strategic recommendations Champion continuous improvement across finance processes, systems and reporting What you will bring CA, CPA, CIMA or MBA qualified with a degree in Commerce or Finance Dairy industry experience is essential 5-7+ years' experience in Commercial Finance or Finance Business Partnering within a complex commercial environment Strong commercial acumen with experience in financial modelling, forecasting and business planning Experience managing commodity pricing, risk management or FX exposure is highly desirable Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing and executive presentation skills Advanced Excel and SAP/BI reporting experience with a strategic, analytical mindset About us We are a leading regional food company across Australia, New Zealand and Asia Pacific, delivering some of New Zealand's most iconic dairy and food brands, while supporting customers across global export markets.
