Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working across multiple digital marketing channels. You'll be responsible for planning, implementing and optimising campaigns that drive enquiries, while continually improving our online presence. You'll work closely with the business to develop marketing strategies, create campaigns and measure what delivers the best return. Key responsibilities Manage and maintain our WordPress website Create and optimise landing pages to improve lead generation Plan, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns Create and manage email marketing campaigns and customer journeys Improve SEO performance and website visibility Monitor website analytics and campaign performance Test and optimise conversion rates across marketing channels Produce engaging marketing content for web, email and social media Identify new opportunities to generate qualified leads About you You’ll be a capable digital marketing all-rounder who is comfortable wearing multiple hats and getting things done. WordPress website management Google Ads and Google Analytics Social media marketing (LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram) Basic graphic design using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Strong copywriting and communication skills Marketing automation experience (advantageous) Experience within an IT or B2B services business (preferred but not essential) About us We're a growing IT consultancy that helps businesses work smarter through CRM, automation, cloud software and business systems.
