Whittaker's, New Zealand's iconic chocolate maker, is seeking a Team Leader to run day-to-day operations in the Making team at our Wellington site. You'll lead a shift of about 30 direct reports, keep roasting, refining, and production moving, and ensure output meets safety and quality standards.
