With the One New Zealand Stadium just around the corner, this business has already seen a big customer uptick. We seek a Food & Beverage Manager to make the F&B department even more BUZZing!! What You'll Be Doing Leading day-to-day front of house operations Running smooth, professional service across dining and events Recruiting, training and motivating the FOH team Managing rosters, stock control and service standards Working closely with the kitchen and leadership team Collaborate with the Events team, creating promotions, events and ideas that keep the venue buzzing Delivering exceptional guest experiences every shift About You Proven experience as a F&B Manager / Restaurant Manager / Venue Manager A confident hands-on hospitality leader Strong guest engagement and team leadership skills Good knowledge of food, beverage and wine service Calm under pressure and thrives in a busy venue Hold current GM Cert & LCQ The Details Tuesday - Saturday roster with mixture of shifts Occasional Sunday events $80,000 salary Staff meals provided on shift Annual close down over Xmas / New Years If you're a natural host who leads from the floor, thrives in a busy service environment and knows how to build a great team culture - we want to hear from you.
