The industry is experiencing significant growth in the use of technology — our machine control systems let operators visualise project designs in 3D from the cab and allow heavy machinery to be automated to cut precisely to design. Our machine control solutions are complimented with a complete range of surveying tools to manage stakeout, record and manage project quantities. What you'll be doing day to day Demonstrating and selling our construction technology solutions to existing and new customers Building strong relationships with customers at both grass‑roots and management levels Delivering outstanding ongoing customer support and training Outstanding product knowledge is key to success in this role. You'll receive extensive training, both online and in person, and will need to be self‑motivated to learn everything there is to know about the technology and become a genuine expert. Your skills and experience Proven sales experience in a related industry – desirable but not essential Experience with construction machinery and/or surveying Good computer skills, with confidence picking up new software A full, clean driver's licence (regular travel is part of this role) Strong people skills, with the ability to relate well to customers in the construction industry A genuinely customer‑focused approach in everything you do Organised, self‑motivated, and enthusiastic about learning — bringing a positive energy to our team and workplace A team player who can also work independently Someone who thrives in an environment of ongoing learning and up‑skilling You’ll be joining a team of highly‑skilled experts who work hard, are passionate about what we do, play hard and have a great team culture, sharing knowledge and supporting each other whenever they can.
