Working across our yard and drive-thru areas, you'll provide hands-on support and assistance, deliver tailored product advice, load vehicles and help to create a customer experience that keeps them coming back. Assist & recommend products that suit the needs and preferences of every customer Pick, assemble, and process orders and transactions Load and unload customer vehicles, delivery vans, and supplier trucks Support dispatch and coordinate daily deliveries Monitor inventory levels, complete cycle counts and stock replenishment Maintain a clean, safe, and organised yard through general housekeeping Operate a Forklift Permanent full-time role at PlaceMakers Silverdale branch offering 40 hours per week rostered across Monday to Saturday About You To succeed in this role, you'll have proven experience working in a timber yard or building supplies environment. You'll be safety-focused, physically fit, and confident operating a forklift in a busy yard setting. Most importantly, you'll be a reliable team player who enjoys helping customers and supporting tradies to get what they need.
