The Opportunity Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join their high-performing Corporate team, based in either Wellington or Auckland. You will have the unique opportunity to work directly alongside three noteworthy Partners who are leaders in their field, providing unparalleled mentorship and access to complex, high-value work. The Corporate team maintains a broad, sophisticated practice. You will be instrumental in advising clients across M&A, Foreign Investment, Joint Ventures, Listed Company Advisory, Private Equity and Venture Capital (investments and divestments), Wholesale Fund Formations, and Māori Business. You We are keen to speak to commercially minded, ambitious Corporate lawyers with approximately 7 PAE / 5 PAE UK notational.
