We're looking for an organised, proactive and relationship-focused Programme Co-ordinator to join our Mental Health and Wellbeing team. This is a varied and rewarding role where you will coordinate key aspects of the Te Ara Rau Access & Choice Programme, working closely with Specialist Providers of Brief Therapy (SPBT), primary care providers, internal teams and external stakeholders. You'll play an integral role in supporting providers, coordinating referrals, delivering workforce development initiatives, meeting reporting requirements and continuously improving systems that help deliver high-quality, equitable mental health services. What you'll do Build strong relationships with SPBT, supporting their onboarding, education and ongoing success. Coordinate referrals, reporting, claims and programme administration to keep services running smoothly and efficiently. Lead and coordinate workforce development initiatives, including education and training with providers and partner organisations. Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes, helping us continuously enhance the services we provide to our communities.
