Mobile Field Service: Respond to emergency breakdowns ni the Hose Doctor service van, diagnosing and replacing hydraulic hoses and fittings on-site for local contractors and machinery operators. Hose Fabrication &Lab Testing: Measure, cut, and crimp hydraulic hoses to exact specifications in the workshop, and safely use pressure gauges to test assemblies. Elite Component Overhaul: Diagnose, strip, and rebuild heavy-duty cylinders, pumps, valves, and specialised Enerpac 700 bar tooling. Precision Calibration: Operate our advanced Norbar calibration equipment to test torque multipliers, hydraulic torque wrenches, and manual tooling. Stock &Data Management: Use our computerised inventory systems to look up parts, track asset stock, log testing data, and generate tracked 12-month calibration certificates.
