Construction Labourers

NZ Labour Hire Group is seeking experienced Construction Labourers to join our team in Tauranga, Bay of Plenty. This is a full-time opportunity for skilled individuals who are passionate about the trades and services industry. As an Experienced Construction Labourer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various construction projects and helping to bring our clients' visions to life. What you'll be doing Assisting on site with a variety of construction tasks, including site preparation, material handling/moving, and general labour duties Maintaining a clean and organised work environment to ensure a productive and efficient work site Adhering to all health and safety regulations and procedures to protect yourself and your colleagues Collaborating with the construction team to complete projects on time and to the highest quality standards What we're looking for Proven experience as a Construction Labourer with recent references Strong physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks for extended periods Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt Your own reliable transport Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and willing to do a random test as required If you have Site Safe this is advantageous; but we may also be able to assist with this.
