About the role | Mō te tūranga As our Works Inspector - Roading, you\'ll play a key role in ensuring our roading network is safe, reliable, and well maintained. You\'ll work closely with contractors, consultants, colleagues, and the community to oversee maintenance and capital works, monitor asset condition, and help deliver high-quality infrastructure outcomes. About You | Tō Kōrero We\'re looking for someone who enjoys working with people as much as they enjoy working with infrastructure. You\'ll Bring A positive, solutions-focused attitude and a willingness to work as part of a supportive team. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with a wide range of people. Good judgement, initiative, and the confidence to make practical decisions in the field. A commitment to health, safety, quality, and excellent customer service. A desire to keep learning and contribute to a values-based workplace. You\'ll Also Have A Full New Zealand Driver Licence. A National Diploma Level 5 or National Certificate Level 6 (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline. Around 3-4 years\' experience in contract administration, works supervision, or civil infrastructure delivery or similar.
