About The Role As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, supporting daily store operations, and maintaining a high standard of store presentation. Champion customer service by being highly visible on the shop floor, engaging with customers, and addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly. Ensure store accuracy through precise inventory control, including stock verification and conducting stocktakes, while performing price integrity routines meticulously. Process deliveries efficiently and maintain a clean and organized store presentation. Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth daily operations and meet overall store objectives. Prioritize safety and compliance by upholding safety protocols, reporting hazards, and ensuring all tasks align with company policies and legal requirements.
