ATA Limited – Wellington Central, North Island ATA is an Indigenous social media agency committed to te reo Māori me ōna tikanga. The Social Media Advisor plays a key role in the day-to‑day delivery of social media content for our clients. Working closely with a team of creatives and strategic thinkers, you’ll manage multiple content calendars at a time, maintain client relationships, monitor social media channels, and keep the content pipeline moving smoothly. You’ll be responsible for managing client social media calendars from ideation to delivery. That means you’ve got the creative ‘Māui’ energy to bring innovative ideas, the writing skills to bring them to life, and the leadership skills to guide a team of creatives to deliver. You’re someone who can take a kaupapa, translate it into engaging content, and make sure it lands in the right way. You’ll be working from the ATA Hub in Wellington. We’re a team of creative thinkers who use social media and Māori ingenuity to drive change, so you are someone who brings big energy, fresh whakaaro, and can keep us pushing boundaries. What you'll be doing: Manage and maintain monthly content calendars across multiple clients and ATA’s own channels. Write and edit content that aligns with each client’s kaupapa, audience, and tone of voice. Support with content creation from time to time as required. Be the key content point of contact for several clients, building trust and providing thought leadership. Monitoring inboxes, responding to comments, and fostering meaningful engagement. Deliver social media reports that include an analysis of performance and recommendations to improve.
