ATR03772 - Operations Supervisor - Refill Tauranga We have a rare opportunity available within our Tauranga Linehaul Branch for an experienced, yet hands‑on Operations Supervisor to join the team. This role covers the bulk haulage operations across the BOP and Waikato regions. As a Supervisor, you will Oversee the day‑to‑day operational activities of the bulk haulage operation, which is delivered with both internal assets & staff along with a suite of sub‑contractors operating a 24/6 pattern Schedule the shift & respond to changes Schedule maintenance and respond to breakdowns Deliver a high level of service to our internal customers Some driving is required as part of this role Actively lead & continue to drive a positive team culture Champion health & safety for all employees, visitors and contractors on site at all times What we’re looking for Someone that holds a clean Class 5 licence 2+ years’ Supervisory experience and success leading a team Proven experience in the Transport and/or Waste industry A Great attitude Good knowledge of vehicle operations, daily checks, compliance, and logbooks Enviro NZ is focused on making it easier for New Zealanders to shift to a more sustainable way of life.
