We are looking for a capable and organised Business Support / Receptionist to join our Timaru office on a 12-month fixed term basis while one of our team members is on maternity leave. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, likes being part of a busy team, and takes pride in providing professional support to both clients and colleagues. The Role In this role, you will provide day‑to‑day administration, reception and marketing support to our Timaru sales team. You will be an important part of keeping the office running smoothly and helping our team deliver a high level of service to clients. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing submissions, documents and general correspondence Loading property listings and assisting with property‑related paperwork Supporting marketing campaigns and advertising material Reception duties, including answering phones and welcoming clients Helping maintain the presentation of the office Providing general administration support to the sales team and wider office From time to time, you may also assist with overflow work from other Bayleys offices. About You You will be organised, reliable and confident dealing with a range of people and tasks. You will enjoy working in a professional environment and be comfortable managing competing priorities. Ideally, you will bring: Good Microsoft Office skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy The ability to manage deadlines and prioritise your workload Excellent organisation and time management skills A helpful, calm and proactive approach Confidence working with confidential information Previous experience in real estate, property, administration or marketing would be helpful, but it is not essential.
