Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora - Southern is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) in Elder Health for a 12-month fixed-term, 0.8 FTE, based primarily in Palmerston North. The CNS will lead clinical assessment, care coordination and senior nursing practices for kaumatua and older adults.
