Inspection and Maintenance Manager

Due to growth within our division, we're on the hunt for a full time Inspection & Maintenance Manager superstar to join our Petone-based crew! This isn’t your average property management role. You’ll be part of the driving force behind keeping our properties running smoothly, ensuring inspections are completed to a high standard, maintenance is managed efficiently, and both landlords and tenants receive exceptional service. If you’re organised, proactive, solutions-focused, and thrive in a busy environment — you’ll fit right in. What your days will look like: Managing routine inspections, ingoing and outgoing inspections across our property portfolio Coordinating maintenance requests from start to finish with contractors, tenants, and landlords Ensuring Healthy Homes and compliance requirements are monitored and maintained Following up maintenance jobs, quotes, and work completion to ensure a high standard of serviceli> Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors Providing clear communication and updates while problem-solving efficiently Supporting the wider Property Management team with portfolio operations and day-to-day coordination Helping maintain presentation standards and protecting our clients’ investments What we're looking for: Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail Confident communicator who can deal with all walks of life professionally and positively Ability to multitask, prioritise, and stay calm under pressure Computer savvy and quick to learn systems and processes A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills Reliable, motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Previous property management, inspections, maintenance coordination, or trade/service industry experience is a bonus We’ve got a supportive, ambitious team who know how to hustle but also how to have fun.
