Do you have a passion for digital systems? If so, you could be our new Digital Systems Coordinator! We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is keen to develop a career with 3R. Reporting to the Head of Data & Systems this role will support the effective operation, integration, and continuous improvement of 3R's digital systems. You will focus on maintaining system configuration and connectivity, enabling automation, validating data, as well as making sure that our systems well-documented. You would be the first point of contact for internal systems support and upskilling all 3R staff in our systems. Key responsibilities Maintain and support internal business systems (e.g. CRM, web apps, M365 tools) Act as the first point of contact for system-related queries and issues Monitor system performance and escalation technical issues where required Assist with system configuration and updates Develop and maintain workflows within and between systems using tools such as Power Automate and APIs Help identify opportunities to streamline manual processes through automation Support business users in adopting automated processes Assist in managing integrations between internal and external systems Support API connections and troubleshoot integration issues Ensure data flows accurately between systems Create and maintain user guides, SOPs, and training materials for 3R's systems Deliver system training to staff About you To do well in this role you'll have many of the following desirable skills: Experience with business systems (CRM, ERP, or similar) Experience with APIs or system integrations Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (especially Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams) Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to document processes clearly and concisely Good communication and stakeholder support skills Bonus points if you come with the following skills: Exposure to Microsoft Fabric Understanding of data structures or databases Experience with licensing administration Experience with leading systems training What we can offer you This role is for 40 hours a week.In addition to flexible working arrangements, 3R offers: Free Southern Cross medical insurance A supportive, values-driven team The opportunity to contribute directly to environmental outcomes across Aotearoa About 3R Group 3R was founded on the belief that combining sustainability with leadership and innovation provides the formula for future business prosperity.
