IDEA Services supports adults with intellectual disabilities to live independently within their own homes and communities. As a Support Worker you will assist clients with complex needs, manage risk, ensure safety, and provide individual care throughout the night, including sleepover shifts. We prefer candidates with experience in the disability sector or aged care, and a valid NZ driver's license.
