Recruitment Studio - Auckland, North Island People & Capability Coordinator Opportunity People & Capability Coordinator opportunity within a large NZ company Freemans Bay office, provide admin support within the HR area of the business Circa $70K salary + birthday leave, life insurance, travel & fitness subsidy About my client NZ-owned multidisciplinary consultancy that delivers strategic advisory, programme and project management services across the property and construction market in NZ and Canada Known for working on complex, nationally significant projects across commercial, public and infrastructure sectors Built on strong relationships, high-performing teams, and a commitment to quality delivery A future-focused organisation that values professionalism, integrity and proactive leadership CBD fringe modern office space About the role This is a varied and busy P&C Coordinator position supporting the P&C Manager and Advisor within the shared services team. You'll play an important role with responsibilities including: Recruitment Coordination & Pre-boarding & Onboarding Coordinate end-to-end recruitment logistics alongside the line managers Maintain the applicant tracking system Assist with the coordination of the Grad & Intern programme Coordinate onboarding logistics for all new starters Learning & Development & Pre-boarding & Onboarding Support the L&D Manager in developing and maintaining materials and resources Liaise with internal facilitators and external providers for smooth programme delivery Own the P&C intranet pages and resource library Employment Documentation & Employee Benefits and Lifecycle Management Prepare employment agreements, offer letters etc accurately and on time Be the first point of contact for employee queries about compensation and benefits Build strong working relationships across all levels of the organisation by being visible People & Data Reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across all people databases Track key people metrics and flag trends to the P&C Advisor Assist with continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies and suggesting solutions Skills and Experience you have Proactive personality with a positive attitude Excellent time management skills Good organisation, responsiveness and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Calm and adaptable approach in a busy environment Tech-savvy mindset to improve processes Benefits Birthday leave, fitness & public transport subsidy Two complimentary coffees daily from the café downstairs Life insurance cover Enhanced parental leave Social Friday drinks and a great team vibe to wrap up the week #J-18808-Ljbffr
