The Role: We’re looking for an experienced Technical Manager to join our growing team. This is a key role supporting Milkio’s Technical operations, Regulatory compliance, Quality management, and Audit compliance. You'll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and quality performance is aligned with our business goals. Key Responsibilities: Manage MPI Audits (PBV) and Non Compliances. Manage all Certifications related audits e.g. Halal/Kosher/SQF/Biogro (Organic). Manage RMP (Risk Management Program) documentation, all upgrades and approvals. Manage e-Dec/ e-Cert for all product movements and export documentations Manage all Labels in line with each country regulatory compliance requirements Ensure full compliance with OMAR (Overseas Market Access Requirements) - for all export shipments Managing Country Listings and approvals Managing Supplier Database and guiding them through the onboarding process Identify and implement quality and process improvements. Support all other teams with technical input on key projects, including NPD projects. Ensure compliance with all regulatory & quality policies, procedures, and relevant standards. What We’re Looking For: Degree/Diploma in Food Technology. 4–6 years of experience in a technical role (Dairy export sector a plus). Experience with RMP, e-Dec, Audits, OMARs, Labels etc. Detail-focused, analytical, and confident in working independently.
