Job Description
Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is seeking a casual Registered Nurse for the Hospital in the Home (HiTH) service. You will conduct nursing assessments for patients suitable for HiTH using telehealth to review history, clinical observations, diagnostics and plan interventions. The HiTH team operates seven days a week from 7.00 am to 10.00 pm, supported by a Consultant and Resident Medical Officers to ensure safe community care and timely escalation when needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
