Mō te tūnga | About the role We're looking for Support Workers with the strength of character, patience, and commitment to support people through their rehabilitation journey. This role is ideal for people who thrive in active environments, can maintain professional boundaries, and are confident navigating challenging situations while remaining respectful, professional, and solution-focused. A key part of the role involves maintaining safety, monitoring behaviour, and responding effectively to challenging situations. Through positive behaviour support and a consistent approach, you'll help create an environment where people can learn, grow, and achieve meaningful goals. Previous experience is preferred, but more importantly, we are looking for someone with some life experience and the right attitude. People from backgrounds such as security, corrections, defence, youth work, coaching, community leadership, trades, or disability and mental health support are encouraged to apply.
