Roading and Building Recruitment is seeking a Manufacturing and Milling Operator for their Rubber manufacturing team in Wigram, South Island. You will learn to operate the rubber mill, mix compounds to spec, and handle materials with a small, close-knit team. Training is provided on equipment and processes.
