While each role has a primary focus, we’re looking for true all-rounders - team players who are flexible, hands-on, and willing to support across cleaning, preparation, production, and packing as needed. The Opportunity Be part of a collaborative, fast-paced production team. You’ll work in a specific role but also have the chance to support other tasks, keeping the floor running efficiently and learning new skills along the way. Pastry Team Member - Support the preparation and assembly of our pies. Ideal for someone with food production or baking experience. Dishwasher - Keep the production floor running by maintaining clean equipment and utensils. Perfect for someone reliable who takes pride in cleanliness. Cleaner - Help maintain a safe and hygienic production environment. Great for someone detail-focused and proactive. Production Line Team Member - Operate production line machinery and support all stages of pie production. Perfect for someone with manufacturing or production experience who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. About You We are looking for team members who are: Reliable and punctual Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Able to follow instructions and work well in a team Physically fit - some lifting and standing required Flexible and willing to help where needed Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, or commercial cleaning is an advantage.
