The role is fast-paced, emotionally demanding and requires empathy, resilience and excellent English. Centres operate 24/7 with six days on and four days off, including a 15% shift allowance and weekend/evening leave entitlements. Training salary is NZD 64,161 with base NZD 72,112 after training.
