Residential Support Worker

Frankton Park is growing and we are looking for experienced, compassionate and motivated Support Workers to join our new team supporting clients in the Tauranga area. This is a unique chance to be part of a new service dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of those we want to support. We are looking for people who: Have legal entitlement to work in NZ Have experience in supporting people with Brain Injury, Physical disability Are already qualified at Level 2 or above in New Zealand Certificate in Health & Wellbeing and wish to expand your knowledge Have experience working in Residential Services or similar Have a full driver’s license Can work a variety of rostered shifts and one weekend in two Frankton Park/Mauri Rehabilitation operates Aotearoa New Zealand’s most innovative values-based health care model providing rehabilitation and practical living skills to people living with a Traumatic and/or Acquired Brain Injury and Physical disability. We pride ourselves on working closely with our clients, families, and whānau to best understand their holistic needs and provide a comprehensive wraparound service to maximise their independence.
