We're growing and we're looking for the right Project Manager to grow with us. About the role We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of civil construction and land development projects from commencement through to completion. This is an opportunity to take ownership of projects, build strong client relationships and work alongside a capable team committed to delivering quality outcomes. You’ll oversee all aspects of project delivery, including programme, commercial performance, subcontractor management, health & safety and client communication. Key responsibilities Lead the successful delivery of civil construction and land development projects Develop and manage project programmes to achieve key milestones and deadlines Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and site teams Manage project budgets, claims, forecasting and financial performance Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders Ensure projects meet all health, safety, environmental and quality requirements Manage contracts, variations and project reporting Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies Foster a positive team culture focused on safety, quality and delivery About you Proven experience managing civil construction, land development, or infrastructure projects Strong commercial acumen with experience managing project budgets and contracts Excellent planning, organisation and programme management skills Experience leading subcontractors and coordinating multiple stakeholders Strong understanding of New Zealand civil construction practices A positive attitude toward health & safety Excellent communication and leadership skills NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa required Full-time, permanent position with consistent, reliable hours.
