To help us with this, we are searching for Customer Care Consultants to join our Contact Centre Team, based in Invercargill. There are three part-timeroles with specific hours required, keep reading! What you'll be busy with: growing and retaining our member base by delivering personalised customer experiences being one of the helpful, friendly voices of the Bank on the phone, welcoming our customers and actioning their requests quickly and efficiently providing amazing financial advice, connecting our customers' financial needs with the right products and services being a tech guru for customers and helping them transition to and utilise digitial tools What you'll bring: passion for helping Kiwis achieve their financial goals and providing an exceptional level of service a willingness to learn new digital tools, and ideally a good understanding of Microsoft 365 Office tools well-developed numeracy and literacy skills a high level of accuracy and attention to detail alignment with our culture and values: Own It, One Team, Do What's Right, and We're With You Part-time hours of work: Role 1 - 16.5 hours per week, worked 4pm to 9pm, Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 10am to 1pm on Saturday. Role 2 - 16.5 hours per week, worked 10am to 4pm, Monday, Wednesday and Friday Role 3 - 32.5 hours per week, worked 10am to 6pm, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 12.30pm to 6pm, Tuesday and Thursday.
