Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity An opportunity has arisen to join the Disability Support Services Māori/Pasifika NASC rōpū at Disability Support Link. Needs Assessor and Service Coordinator working with Maori and Pasifika clients aged 65 and under with a physical, intellectual, Autistic Spectrum Disorder or sensory disability. Disability support link is the needs assessment and service coordination agency for the Waikato district We are comprised of two teams; the Health of Older People team and the Disability Support Services team. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm. Our team cover a range of contracted services through MSD for Disabled persons. The successful candidate will have experience working with people with disabilities and their whanau. Previous experience in needs assessment and service coordination is desirable.
