Key responsibilities include: Diagnosing and managing a wide range of health conditions Leading treatment planning and clinical decision-making Conducting assessments and providing triage care Educating and empowering patients on health and wellness Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team Contributing to quality improvement, research, and mentoring About You You are a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner who is committed to patient-centred care and making a difference.
