Parts Advisor

Armstrong Prestige Wellington is looking for a Parts Advisor to join our multi-brand luxury dealership in Central Wellington, supporting technicians and customers across Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo, Porsche and Audi. You'll manage retail and trade parts requests, keep our inventory running smoothly, and be a key point of contact for both workshop and walk-in customers. Whether you've got the couple of years in automotive parts or you're a car enthusiast ready to start building a career in the industry, we want to hear from you. What's on offer $50K - $60K base, depending on experience Monthly performance bonuses on top of base Structured, ongoing training - from onboarding through to brand-specific product knowledge Genuine progression pathway - We promote from within! Annual performance reviews Key responsibilities Manage retail and trade parts requests, in person and by phone Support technicians with day-to-day parts needs Oversee warehouse stock and parts inventory accuracy Coordinate parts collections and deliveries Build strong relationships with customers and workshop staff Skills & experience Must-have: Strong communication and customer service skills Solid computer skills and an eye for accuracy Full NZ driver's licence Comfortable with occasional heavy lifting Nice-to-have: Experience in an automotive parts or workshop environment Existing knowledge of parts systems or prestige vehicle brands We’re genuinely open to both experienced Parts Advisors and motivated juniors - if you’ve got the enthusiasm and work ethic, we’ll invest in the training.
