You will have full oversight of the Project Management/Site Management teams and the leadership of your team. The role will include but not be limited to: Ensuring projects are delivered in a timely manner and within budget Overseeing projects through the supply chain A high level of programming and planning Liaising with clients and consultants Overseeing multiple Site Managers across multiple projects Maintaining the highest standards of safety About you: We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager or Construction Manager who has a proven track record with the Ministry of Education and significant experience delivering projects for a main contractor in the New Zealand market. The ideal candidate will also have a trade qualification in Carpentry and ideally have experience with Modular construciton.
